Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide all clerical and administrative support for the Department (s). Responsible for the areas of purchasing, budgeting and personnel to include document processing, report preparation, monitoring and tracking. Will work on special projects as directed by the Administrative Director and/or Department Directors/Supervisors. He/She will interact with various departments to ensure compliance with various processes, rules and regulations. He/She prepare and design reports, filing systems and documentation.

Required Experience:

3-5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Clerk, Receptionist or similar position in an office and/or other professional setting.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required.

Computer/Equipment Skills:

Microsoft Office knowledgeable preferred
