#Line Cook in SAN ANTONIO, Texas at Magnolia Pancake Haus

o Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with our mission statement.

o Ensure complete opening and closing cleaning procedures are met for assigned daily station.

o Proficient production of every item Magnolia dish menu item in assigned station.

o Follow and produce proper recipes for assigned station.

o Understand, comply & enforce standard portion sizes, cooking methods & quality standards of assigned station.

o Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment, including making sure sanitation buckets are properly utilized and glove changing procedures.

o Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas, such as refrigerators and freezers.

o Ensure that store food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas are properly washed and stored. Items need to be in their proper places.

o Showing up 5-10 minutes early for scheduled shift

o FIFO on all stocked station products along with label & dating as needed throughout shift.

o Station stocked with product, and all utensils back at EOD for the next day.

o Complete station set up by determined time based on business level.

o Communicate with Sous Chef all prep item needs according to pars/business demands.

o Maintain a clean kitchen line while in service. Line sweeps, clear of clutter.

o Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning that are assigned by sous chef.
