About the Role:
As a Sales Agent at our North Star Home Office, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as manage and grow existing accounts. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the home security or home automation industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Manage and grow existing accounts by building strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Skills:
As a Sales Agent, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. You will also use your organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage your sales pipeline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, if you have experience in the home security or home automation industry, or are bilingual in English and Spanish, these skills will be highly valued.
