ED Team Leader at Rush Copley Medical Center – Aurora, Illinois

Responsible for managing all aspects of the central billing office operations, including but not limited to charge entry, bucket management, AR management, coding, oversight of all CBO staff on and off site and resource allocation, etc. The CBO Manager is responsible for not only daily operations but for identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the practice, assisting in strategic planning and marketing initiatives and serving as the point person for all internal and external customers. Works closely with the Director of Patient Accounts and provides support on a daily basis as needed.
