Your Role:

As a Property Manager with Excalibur Homes, you'll:

• Manage Single-Family Homes: Collaborate with onsite teams in Alpharetta, GA, to manage residential properties for individual investment owners. No traveling to the homes, no onsite visits.
• Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with property owners as their primary point of contact. Assistant managers handle most tenant communications.
• Manage the day-to-day: Efficiently manage lease renewals, delinquent charges, and lease violations, maintaining smooth operations.
• Resolve Issues: Tackle and de-escalate situations professionally, providing clear explanations of lease agreements. May occasionally attend court hearings either virtually or in person as a representative of the company, along with legal counsel.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure meticulous and up-to-date reporting for all properties under your management.

Experience:

• Experience in Single-Family Property Management: Previous experience managing single-family homes is required.
• Georgia Real Estate License: An active Georgia Real Estate License is required for a Property Manager position.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and property management software (e.g., Rent Manager, PropertyMeld) is advantageous.
• Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrated stability in property management roles with a readiness to tackle various challenges.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Capable of managing high volumes of calls and emails, and skilled in de-escalating tense situations. Must be willing to speak to owners on the phone to enhance communication.
• Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining accuracy in all aspects of the role.

Position Details:

• Salary: $65,000-$75,000
• Location: In-office in Alpharetta, GA
• Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (In office)
  • May be allowed to work from home 1-day a week, pending 90-day evaluation and approval.
• On-Call Duties: Rotate for after-hours and weekend emergencies (Remote work during on-call hours)
