What You’ll DoAs a DSP Caregiver, you will:

Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities or seniors, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.

Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Monitor and document client progress, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while following health and safety regulations.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to grow your skills and career.

Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or working with individuals with disabilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or in a team

Preferred QualificationsCertification as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar healthcare credential

Experience with electronic health records or healthcare technology (EHR Systems)

Bilingual skills are a plus
