Flag Football Official in Ramstein-Miesenbach, Rheinland-Pfalz at Ladgov Corporation

Job Type: Part-Time / Seasonal
Job Location: Ramstein Air Base Outdoor Fields – KMC, Germany

The candidate shall have in minimum:

• Certification through a recognized flag or tackle football organization (NCAA or similar).

• Prior experience officiating organized flag football games.

• Thorough understanding of the NCAA Football Rule Book.

• Excellent situational awareness and conflict management skills.

• Ability to enforce rules consistently and maintain player safety.

The candidate must:

• Officiate flag football games and tournaments according to NCAA rules.

• Enforce all program-specific by-laws and maintain control of the game.

• Record scores, manage timing, and report results to the SPM.

• Address player misconduct or disputes promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with safety and “no contact” play rules.
