Information Security Responsibilities
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of Murex ERM modules, including Market Risk, Credit Risk/MLC, and xVA
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements related to risk management
  • Support daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for Murex MX.3 risk functionalities
  • Participate in testing activities, maintain documentation, and manage version control for Murex customizations and scripts
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 ERM modules, including Market Risk, Credit Risk/MLC, and xVA
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and instruments, including derivatives, fixed income, and foreign exchange
  • Proficiency in Murex MX.3, with a strong focus on ERM modules
  • Technical skills including SQL, XML, Unix, and scripting (e.g., Shell, Python)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting a CVA desk or implementing risk methodologies a plus
  • Familiarity with Basel III/IV regulatory frameworks and risk capital calculations a plus
  • Knowledge of the Murex data model and integration APIs a plus
