Investment Real Estate - Licensed Acquisitions Agent

What You'll Do:
Identify and acquire off-market and MLS investment properties for our buyer network
Analyze real estate deals using ARV, renovation costs, and market trends
Build strong rapport with sellers and property owners to negotiate win-win deals
Collaborate with the sales team to match properties to qualified investors
Manage the full acquisition pipeline from lead to close

What Were Looking For:
Active Real Estate License (Required)
1+ years of experience in residential real estate, sales, or acquisitions preferred
Familiarity with BRRRR, ARV, and wholesale strategiesor eagerness to learn
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to analyze market data and think strategically
Drive, hunger, and resilience to thrive in a commission-based environment
Reliable transportation to travel for appointments and site visits
