About This Position

Anti-Aging & Regenerative Associates is an integrative medical practice specializing in Metabolic Medicine, with a strong focus on Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Men’s and Women’s Health, Functional/Internal Medicine, and Primary Care. Our services also include treatments for Erectile Dysfunction, Peptide Therapy, Stem Cell Therapy, Hair Restoration, IV Therapy, Pharmaceutical-Grade Supplements, and more.


We’re seeking a driven, experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner who can practice independently, holds a DEA license, and has a passion for functional and regenerative medicine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy, has a deep understanding of hormones, and isn’t afraid to make decisions that significantly impact patient health outcomes. *Seeking full-time but willing to consider part-time applicants.


We compensate based solely on clinical knowledge and experience—this role rewards skill, not tenure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient consultations and evaluations independently

  • Develop and manage personalized treatment plans with a focus on BHRT and men's and women’s health

  • Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with DEA regulations.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.

  • Provide education and guidance to patients on hormone therapy and preventative care.

  • Collaborate with the medical team as needed, but primarily function as an autonomous provider.

Requirements:

  • Licensed as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida

  • Current DEA license and Autonomous license (required)

  • Experience in BHRT and/or women’s health strongly preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to make decisions independently

  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills

  • Professional, reliable, and patient-focused mindset

Preferred Qualities:

  • Training or certifications in hormone therapy, functional medicine, or integrative health

  • Confidence in managing perimenopausal and menopausal care plans

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented medical environment
