Are you an experienced landscaper ready to lead with confidence? Do you take pride in your work and pay attention to detail? Are you motivated by the opportunity to see a project through from start to finish? Great Outdoors is looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide your crew, ensure projects are completed with excellence, and take pride in shaping outdoor spaces for our clients.Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate landscaping crew members on residential and commercial projects
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
• Interpret site plans, project specifications, and layouts
• Operate landscaping equipment
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients
• Monitor job progress, quality, and crew productivity
• Work alongside your crew on tasks such as planting, maintenance, hardscaping, and installations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of landscaping experience (crew leader/foreman preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and project deadlines
• Knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment, and safety standards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Use of software such as Company Cam, LMN, square teams.
