SCHEDULE
Full-time Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, may include weekends or after hour events.
ABOUT DE COLORES
CPLC De Colores Domestic Violence programs provides a safe, secure for families to heal from the traumatizing effects of abuse. Shelter and community-based services meet survivors where they are to help them discover their strengths and regain their freedom.
You are going to provide domestic violence case management services to families participating in the De Colores program, assisting in seeking resources necessary to support their independence. You will be active in the community, meeting clients and even doing outreach and community presentations as needed to provide education on De Colores's services.
- Provide compassionate case management and supportive services to individuals and families in the De Colores shelter, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Design personalized service plans and lead educational group sessions on domestic violence-related topics, empowering clients with knowledge and resources.
- Build strong community connections and resource networks in housing, employment, and local/state agencies, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards, assist with hotline support, participate in program activities, and represent the organization through outreach and community presentations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED required and 3 years of related experience.
- PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
- Experience providing case management services in a crisis environment, with domestic violence survivors.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured under the automobile insurance policy.
- Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid within 60 days of employment.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required.

- Must be able to work with families who have experienced domestic violence.

- Ability to work in an active environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule per program requirements.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have good organization and time management skills.
