Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT/ERP Process Improvement Intern to support our IT and ERP teams in documenting processes and enhancing our knowledge base. This role will focus on creating structured process documentation, streamlining workflows, and establishing policies for maintaining knowledge resources. The internship will culminate in a final project where the intern will define our overall knowledge creation and maintenance policies to ensure sustainability and efficiency in information management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with IT and ERP teams to map and document current processes.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose improvements.
• Assist in building out the company’s knowledge base, ensuring information is structured, accessible, and easy to maintain.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define best practices for documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for IT and ERP-related processes.
• Support ERP team in process standardization and training materials development.
• Conduct research on industry best practices for knowledge management and process improvement.
• Present a final project outlining a structured policy for knowledge creation and maintenance, including governance, updates, and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, IT workflows, or knowledge management platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to process efficiency.
