About This Position
Join our award-winning, family-friendly resort set within Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park, nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our site features a range of accommodation including touring and camping pitches, glamping pods, and luxury lodges, offering guests an immersive countryside experience with access to all the activities and attractions of the Farm Park.
We’re currently seeking a proactive and dedicated warden, either an individual or a couple, with a hands-on, flexible attitude and a strong background in providing outstanding customer service. This is a physically active, fast-paced role requiring a good level of fitness.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will vary day to day, and may include:
Greeting and checking in guests, providing a warm and helpful welcome
Assisting with general grounds maintenance and care
Preparing and cleaning wood-fired hot tubs and BBQs
Supporting changeovers for accommodation
General upkeep of amenities, including basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
Taking part in an evening/night duty rota (1–2 nights per person, per week)
Contract Details
Seasonal position: Immediate start through to mid-October (Can be extended)
Average of 25–35 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs
Possibility of extension depending on operational requirements
