About This Position
Job Title – Campsite Warden
Join our award-winning, family-friendly resort located within Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park, set in the heart of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our site offers a range of accommodation, including touring and camping pitches, safari tents, cabins, luxury lodges, cabins and pods, providing guests with an immersive countryside experience alongside access to all the activities and attractions of the Farm Park.
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Warden, either an individual or a couple, who can demonstrate a hands-on, adaptable approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of the wider team.
This is a physically demanding and fast-paced role that requires a high level of fitness, along with the ability to problem-solve and think creatively. You must be highly organised, able to prioritise daily responsibilities effectively, and possess excellent time management skills to ensure all duties are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will vary day to day and may include:
Greeting guests on arrival, assisting with pitching, and escorting them to their accommodation, ensuring a warm, friendly and helpful welcome
Occasionally checking in guests, including a basic understanding of our booking system (camp manager)
Assisting with general grounds maintenance, including grass cutting and trimming
Carrying out daily and weekly safety and compliance checks
Ensuring high standards of site presentation are maintained at all times
Preparing and cleaning wood-fired hot tubs and BBQs
Supporting accommodation changeovers
General upkeep of amenities, including basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
Taking part in an evening/night duty rota (1–2 nights per person per week) to enforce quiet hours and site regulations
Contract Details
Seasonal position: Immediate start through to mid-October
Average 25–35 hours per week, with flexibility depending on business needs
Potential for contract extension depending on operational requirements
