Pkvw Nurs Clin Instructor-MSN at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

This position will support Manchester University.

Specific Role Requirements: Pediatric Experience Mandatory, Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred.

Summary

Provides quality and effective clinical instruction within specific academic program guidelines; promotes student success through professional guidance, mentoring, and coaching while promoting clinical excellence. Provides timely and meaningful feedback to students regarding the mastery of clinical and program learning outcomes; provides institutional support and community service; participates meaningfully in student retention and completion initiatives; supports Parkview Health and partner university/college's missions and strategic plan initiatives; conforms to campus expectations of faculty performance and engagement.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program preferred.

Licensure/Certification

Must have an unencumbered Indiana RN license.

Experience

Must have 3 years’ experience as an RN.
