About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on and organised Marketing Executive with 3–5 years’ experience in multi-brand or retail environments to join the team at Baby Village, one of Australia’s leading premium baby retailers.
You’ll lead the execution of our marketing calendar across all key channels – including social media, email campaigns, content production, brand collaborations, in-store activations and influencer marketing. You’ll work closely with our graphic designer, content creator and digital performance lead to bring our campaigns to life, ensuring everything runs on time, looks great and aligns with brand and commercial goals.
This is a practical, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration and has a good eye for what resonates with modern parents.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the seasonal and monthly marketing calendars across all key channels
Create and coordinate content briefs for email, social and promotional campaigns
Manage the production and scheduling of email campaigns in Klaviyo
Oversee organic social content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Plan and implement brand collaborations and supplier marketing campaigns
Manage influencer outreach, gifting and content approvals
Coordinate in-store events and retail activations
Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing touchpoints
Work closely with internal creative and retail teams to ensure alignment
About You
3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a multi-brand or retail setting
Comfortable managing multiple channels, calendars and content streams
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident writing briefs and managing creative workflows
Working knowledge of email platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and social scheduling tools
Collaborative, solutions-oriented and eager to make things happen
A genuine interest in the parenting or baby space is a plus
