Job Advertisement: Full-Cycle Sales & Success Executive (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Hybrid (Sydney/Melbourne Queensland preferred, Remote flexibility post-probation)

Salary: AU $70,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Super

Travel: ~30% (APAC Region)

Key Responsibilities

    The Close: Lead the full sales process from initial engagement and tailored demonstrations to contract negotiation and closing.

    Onboarding & Success: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during their first 90 days, ensuring they are trained, integrated, and seeing immediate value.

    Strategic Support: Act as the "Voice of APAC," providing basic product troubleshooting and gathering feedback to help our global product team bridge the gap for local users.

    Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upsells and renewals within your growing portfolio to ensure 100% net revenue retention.

    Ecosystem Building: Represent the brand at industry events and conferences (approx. 30% travel) to build a localised presence.

About You

    Experience: 2–4 years in SaaS sales. Experience in HealthTech or Healthcare is a massive plus, but a passion for the sector is mandatory.

    The "Hybrid" Mindset: You aren't "just a salesperson." You enjoy the technical side of onboarding and the human side of support.

    Self-Starter: You are comfortable working in a lean team where you need to be resourceful and take ownership of the "middle ground" between sales and support.

    Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex SaaS solutions for busy healthcare professionals.

    Results-Oriented: You have a proven track record of hitting targets and a "win-win" mentality for both the company and the client.
