Automotive Service Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Director to join our team and support the Fixed Operations Director in overseeing all service departments. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation and exceptional customer service standards of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Fixed Operations Director in managing daily operations of all service departments

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, profitability, and customer retention
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
