Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Senior Living Community

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team at our vibrant senior living community in sunny Florida. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies

- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents

- Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers to ensure excellent resident care

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards

- Foster a warm, caring, and respectful environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida

- Proven experience in senior care or long-term care settings

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to resident well-being

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing and senior care
