Production Operator – 2nd Shift | Will Train in Mauston, Wisconsin at Mastermold LLC

MasterMold is hiring 2nd Shift Production Operators for our Paint and Press Departments in Mauston, Wisconsin.

This position pays $23.50 per hour, including the shift premium, and offers the opportunity to develop valuable manufacturing skills.

No manufacturing experience? That's okay. We're willing to train dependable individuals who are motivated to learn.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production presses.

• Load, unload, and prepare parts throughout the production process.

• Inspect products for quality and appearance.

• Trim, sand, buff, polish, and finish parts as needed.

• Assemble and package finished products.

• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Use hand tools and production equipment.

• Work with your team to meet production expectations.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

• Attention to detail and quality.

Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, automotive, farming, or other hands-on experience is helpful but not required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks.

• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.

• Pay of $23.50 per hour, including shift premium.
