Production Operator – 1st Shift - Will Train in Mauston, Wisconsin at Mastermold LLC

MasterMold is hiring Production Operators for our 1st Shift Paint and Press Departments in Mauston, Wisconsin.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production presses.

• Load, unload, and prepare parts for production.

• Inspect products for quality and appearance.

• Trim, sand, buff, polish, and finish parts as needed.

• Assemble and package finished products.

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.

• Use hand tools and production equipment.

• Work with your team to meet production and quality expectations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to learn new tasks and equipment.

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

• Attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute.

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, construction, automotive work, farming, or other hands-on jobs is helpful but not required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks.

• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.

• Starting pay of $20.00 per hour.
