The Golf Associate plays a critical role in delivering the location’s signature hospitality. As a front-line ambassador of our brand, you will ensure every guest has a seamless and memorable experience—from check-in to check-out. This is a people-facing role ideal for those who are outgoing, energetic, and eager to provide above-and-beyond service while learning to operate our high-tech golf simulators.

With premium food and beverage offerings and community-driven programming, we provide unforgettable experiences for golfers and non-golfers alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, personalized service with energy, warmth, and professionalism

- Own the guest experience from arrival to departure, including check-in and booking support

- Learn and operate golf simulator technology; guide guests through gameplay and data insights

- Proactively manage simulator uptime and basic troubleshooting

- Maintain a clean, welcoming facility, including equipment and golf bag organization

- Lead engaging tours for prospective guests and first-time visitors

- Stay up to date on Five Iron Golf – Coral Gables’s offerings (e.g., lessons, leagues, events, food & beverage)

- Cultivate relationships and learn guest names to build loyalty and recurring visits

- Check in with guests throughout their experience and resolve issues promptly

- Take pride in guest enjoyment—create fun, inclusive, and memorable moments

Schedule: Morning and Afternoon Shifts, Varying Weekly Schedule

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in golf, hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred but not required

- Outgoing, positive attitude and strong people skills

- Willingness to learn and operate new technology

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) for long periods

- Must meet any required local certification or licensing needs (e.g., food handling, alcohol service)

- Strong verbal communication skills
