You will serve as a vital technical expert in our Field Operations division, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residential clients. • Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial HVAC systems to restore optimal climate control.

• Execute precision installations of mechanical equipment in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Maintain high-performance standards by performing detailed system inspections and preventative maintenance.

• Collaborate with the Field Operations team to resolve technical obstacles and improve system efficiency.

• Communicate technical solutions clearly to clients to ensure transparency and maintain professional trust.

• Document all service calls and technical findings accurately using provided mobile technology packages.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the HVAC trade.

• Active EPA Refrigerant Certification is strictly required for this position.

• Proven ability to work independently on both residential mechanical systems.

• Strong commitment to safety protocols, including OSHA standards and proper tool usage.

• Completion of a formal Trade Program or relevant Technical Certification.

• Advanced manufacturer-specific training for modern HVAC equipment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting complex control boards and electrical components.

• Commercial experience is always a plus.
