Key Responsibilities:
- Schedules and appropriately documents patient schedules in a timely manner.
- Participates in coordinating care with management and patient interdisciplinary team.
- Provides effective communication to patients, staff members, other healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
- Responds to Agency and patient needs in a professional and creative manner.
- Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.
- Promotes the Agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
- High school graduate (college preferred).
- Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR is preferred.
- One year general office experience, preferably in Healthcare.
- Excellent computer skills required
- Experience with database applications preferred.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
