Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and appropriately documents patient schedules in a timely manner.
  • Participates in coordinating care with management and patient interdisciplinary team.
  • Provides effective communication to patients, staff members, other healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
  • Responds to Agency and patient needs in a professional and creative manner.
  • Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.
  • Promotes the Agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
  • High school graduate (college preferred).
  • Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR is preferred.
  • One year general office experience, preferably in Healthcare.
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Experience with database applications preferred.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
