We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) in Austin, TX to lead our home health team in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This key leadership role is responsible for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and the development of a high-performing nursing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall clinical leadership and supervision of home health services
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Oversee patient care planning, case management, and quality assurance programs
• Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2–3 years of home health experience required
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience strongly preferred
• Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Payrate: $100,000-$120,000 per year
