EMPLOYERS is seeking an experienced Territory Field Sales Manager to strengthen and grow our Workers' Compensation business across Georgia. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who already has strong relationships with Georgia insurance agents and deep knowledge of P&C and Workers' Compensation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents across your territory
• Serve as the goto Workers' Compensation expert for your agency partners
• Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Loss Control, and Claims to drive profitable growth
• Conduct regular agency visits, audits, and market evaluations
• Identify new agency partners and manage producer performance
• Support training, education, and communication initiatives
• Represent EMPLOYERS professionally and drive consistent premium growth

• 5+ years of P&C insurance and/or sales experience in Georgia (required)
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong technical understanding of workers' compensation
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel within the territory
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Proven insurance industry sales success

$70,000–$100,000 base salary
Quarterly bonuses + car allowance + comprehensive benefits
