Must have active P&C insurance sales experience in Georgia
Must currently reside in the Atlanta, GA area
EMPLOYERS is seeking an experienced Territory Field Sales Manager to strengthen and grow our Workers' Compensation business across Georgia. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who already has strong relationships with Georgia insurance agents and deep knowledge of P&C and Workers' Compensation.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents across your territory
- Serve as the goto Workers' Compensation expert for your agency partners
- Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Loss Control, and Claims to drive profitable growth
- Conduct regular agency visits, audits, and market evaluations
- Identify new agency partners and manage producer performance
- Support training, education, and communication initiatives
- Represent EMPLOYERS professionally and drive consistent premium growth
- 5+ years of P&C insurance and/or sales experience in Georgia (required)
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong technical understanding of workers' compensation
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel within the territory
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven insurance industry sales success
$70,000–$100,000 base salary
Quarterly bonuses + car allowance + comprehensive benefits
