Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of talent strategy, sourcing execution, and recruiting operations, enabling leadership to attract and hire top talent across Corporate Finance service lines. This position requires a hands-on recruiting professional who will actively build pipelines, engage candidates, and drive search execution, while also helping to strengthen the infrastructure and analytics that support recruiting at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
• Lead proactive sourcing across Corporate Finance, focusing on niche and high-impact talent
• Build and manage pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping
• Develop outreach strategies to improve response rates and candidate engagement
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies
• Track and optimize sourcing funnel metrics (response rates, conversion, pipeline quality)
Talent Analytics & Reporting
• Own recruiting analytics including pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and conversion
• Build dashboards for visibility into recruiting performance
• Translate data into actionable insights
• Standardize reporting across roles and geographies
Recruiting Operations & Process Optimization
• Design scalable recruiting processes across experienced hiring
• Identify bottlenecks in pipeline generation and interview conversion, and drive improvements
• Partner with HRIS and leadership to improve workflows and system utilization
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent analytics, or recruiting strategy
• Background in professional services, consulting, or corporate finance environments preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and interpreting data
• Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Mature presence, intellectual curiosity, and sound professional judgment
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working with Workday ATS strongly preferred
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or similar credentials are preferred and viewed as a value-add, though not required
Location & Travel
This role is based in Boston, MA and follows a hybrid work model, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. Occasional travel may be required for interviews, recruiting events, or stakeholder meetings.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, education, and business needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. At BRG, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $110,000 - $160,000 plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Any incentive award is not guaranteed and is based on individual and firm performance.
