Front of house assistant in London, England at Hash's Coffee shop

I'm currently looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at Hash's Coffee shop the 2nd in London, England. This position is casual and perfect for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

As a Front of House Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so a friendly and welcoming attitude is essential. You will also be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be responsible for keeping the front of house area clean and organized. This includes bussing tables, cleaning spills, and ensuring that the dining area is always presentable.

To be successful in this role, you must be a team player with a positive attitude. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

In terms of requirements, we are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure. A basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is also preferred.
