Pediatric Associates is seeking a full-time Outpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our practices in Clermont, Florida.

Position Overview:

• APP Position (Pediatric NP or PA)
• 2–3 years of pediatric experience required
• Spanish-speaking preferred
• Preferred Schedule
  • Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Wednesday: 8am-7pm
  • 1:4 Saturdays
• Float between: A Plus, Southlake and Winter Garden
• No call

Advanced Practice Provider Requirements

• Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam
• Nurse Practitioners graduating after July 1, 2006, must be board certified
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida.
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
