Mental Health Clinician - PT/PRN at RecSol Recovery Solutions, LLC – Conroe, Texas

Position Description:

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team and provide individualized clinical care, therapeutic interventions, and psychoeducation. What You’ll Do

Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments for individuals served.

Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions tailored to the population served.

Deliver crisis assessment and intervention as needed.

Document services and progress in compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Participate as an active member of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to treatment planning and discharge planning.

Ensure treatment approaches are developmentally appropriate and aligned with individual needs.

What We’re Looking For

Education

Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required).

Experience

Two (2) years of experience with the population served (preferred).

Licenses/Certifications

Licensed or license-eligible in the appropriate discipline (required).
