About This Position

Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers/CiviTek Solutions, located in Tallahassee, Florida, is actively recruiting for an Human Resource Specialist.

Florida Association of Court Clerks & Comptrollers is a statewide, non-profit member association. The association is comprised of the Florida Clerks of the Circuit Court and Comptrollers. FACC Services Group, LLC, dba CiviTek Solutions was established in 1991 to provide financial and technical services for the Clerks of Circuit Court and Comptrollers of the State of Florida. CiviTek is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Florida Association of Court Clerks, Inc. (FCCC).

We’re looking for a Human Resource Specialist who is data focused, loves the detail and turning HR challenges into opportunities for growth and success.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to partner for ADP Workforce Now payroll, benefits, and HRIS magic.
  • Help shape a culture that champions integrity, collaboration, and joy.
  • Work on a small HR team that makes BIG things happen.
  • Keep us compliant through audit data and ahead of the curve on labor laws and HR trends.
  • Support our recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Build trust and strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role with a solid understanding of key HR principles and best practices.
  • Bonus points for SHRM-CP or PHR certification!
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and prior HRIS experience (ADP experience is a plus!).
