Who We're Looking For A finance professional who wants to build something. Specifically:
- You move fast — because we move fast. If you like to sit on things, "circle back," or wait until tomorrow on a deal you could've worked today, don't apply. Speed is the job.
- You hit your numbers and you protect the store. Compliance is non-negotiable here — OFAC, Red Flags, Reg Z, Reg B, adverse action, accurate disclosures, every deal, every time. If "compliance" makes you roll your eyes, this isn't your dealership.
- CSI is non-negotiable. We sell to neighbors, repeat customers, and referrals. Every customer leaves your office feeling like they were treated right — because they were.
- You menu every customer the same way. 100% presentation, 100% of the time.
- You can menu customers remote. Required. A real piece of our business is no-hassle, remote-friendly transactions, and your F&I presentation has to be just as strong over a screen as it is across the desk.
- You know your lender book, you structure deals that fund clean, and you have relationships with reps who pick up your calls.
- You're a closer who treats the customer like a human being, not a mark.
Who We're Not Looking For Let's be direct so we don't waste each other's time:
- No job hoppers. If your resume shows a new dealership every 12 months, save us both the conversation.
- No desk-sitters. Our F&I managers walk the lot, work with sales, and help close deals. You're part of the team, not a toll booth at the end of the process.
- No divas. Ego stays in the parking lot. We win as a group.
Requirements
- 2+ years F&I experience at a franchise dealership (Stellantis, Ford, or CDJR experience is a plus, not required)
- Proven track record on PVR, product penetration, and CSI
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus — it's our DMS at both stores
- RouteOne experience is a plus — it's what we run
- Proficiency with menu selling software and the ability to present remotely
- Clean MVR and ability to pass background and drug screening
- OEM F&I certifications (Stellantis Performance Institute, Ford STARS) a plus — we'll get you certified if you're not
