Job Description
Performance Analytics: Analyze and review performance data (declines, conversion rates) for our clients to accurately communicate the performance status to clients.
Client collaboration and presentations: Work closely with clients to establish a feedback circle of data and information. Build out detailed performance data and findings to present at QBRs and ongoing calls with clients.
Cross-Functional collaboration: Collaborate with Account Managements including Technical Account Managers, Product, Risk management, Partnerships, and other teams.
Optimization Playbooks: Work on building and deploying sophisticated optimization narratives and playbooks
Experience: 4–7 years in high-growth fintech, strategy consulting, or similar, with experience in Payment Performance Optimization of enterprise clients.
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the payment lifecycle and card scheme regulations.
Analytics Proficiency: Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
Mindset: "Builder & Doer" mentality with high systems-level thinking, willing to get "hands dirty".
Ambiguity Management: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Languages: Advanced/Fluent English. Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
