SUMMARY

Accountable for leasing, marketing, and relationship-building, our next Leasing Agent will provide crucial leasing services to our multifamily apartment community in Columbus, OH. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and qualify prospects by covering all criteria (ask questions, utilize digital guest cards) and follow up on prospects that did not close/refer to sister properties
- Immediately record all telephone and in-person visits in Yardi
- Inspect model and market ready suites to ensure apartments are neat, clean, and ready for resident move-ins
- Administrative functions such as managing resident files, daily inspections, correspondence distribution to residents, and more
- Neighborhood marketing such as outreach activities, advising residents of referral concessions, distributing newsletters + pamphlets/flyers, and more
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role required
- 2+ years prior experience in a property leasing position highly preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Willingness to achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
- Competence in utilizing Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
- Competence in utilizing Yardi software highly preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Starting base pay: $20.00/hr
- Opportunity for leasing commission bonuses available

WORK SETTING & DETAIL
- Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, plus Saturdays as needed
- One location: on-site management office
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
