Full-Time | Remote | 25% travel to field locations
About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner at Fairway, you will partner directly with two District Managers, supporting their districts and working closely with Area, Branch, and Field Managers on people-related matters that impact daily operations and overall performance.
You’ll be most effective in this role if you’re comfortable staying connected to what’s happening in the field while also recognizing patterns, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping leaders operate more effectively over time, with a perspective that considers both immediate needs and broader business implications.
What You’ll Do
Serve as dedicated HR partner to District Managers and their leadership teams across multi-site operations.
Coach managers through PIPs, corrective action, and difficult conversations that drive real behavior change.
Lead HR onboarding for newly acquired branches, helping teams transition into Fairway’s operations model
Evaluate legal, operational, and employee risk in real time—giving field leaders clear guidance when information is still evolving.
Conduct investigations, document findings clearly, and provide practical recommendations for next steps.
Partner with Talent Acquisition during hiring peaks, helping align staffing plans with business needs
Identify recurring issues across districts; surface insights and proactive recommendations to leadership.
Build manager capability through coaching and practical support that reinforces how they lead over time.
