About This Position
Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated healthcare system, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Walk-In Clinic team in the vibrant and growing community of Lebanon, Oregon.

Position Highlights
- 3–4 shifts per week (typically three 12-hour days with rotating weekends)
- Patient volume: 27–32 per day with double provider coverage
- Treat non-emergent, acutely ill patients requiring same-day care
- Perform limited procedures such as suturing and I&D
- Occasional travel to other walk-in clinics in the region
- Supportive team environment with strong onboarding for new hires

Qualifications
- Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred (all candidates will be considered)
