CLINICAL HIRING EVENT: Central Sterile -Operating Room -Certified Surgical Techs at LifeBridge Health – Baltimore, Maryland

Sterile Processing Techs

• $17-30/hr depending on experience.
• Performs decontamination, sterilization, and processing of supplies and equipment used during invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Central Sterile Technician Certification required. One year of experience.

Surgical Technologists

• Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus; earn $24-41/hr depending on experience.
• As a member of the surgical team in the General Operating Room, provides technical assistance to the surgeon/physician during surgical intervention under the supervision of the RN. When not directly assisting the physician in a procedure, may participate in the rendering of patient care under the direction of the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse or Registered Nurse.
• QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Surgical Tech Diploma (must pass Diploma/graduation test), American Heart Association Basic Life Support BLS CPR Certification, Accredited Surgical Technology Course Certificate, CST within 24 months of hire.
