You'd be joining a 40-year-old cloud communications company at the most exciting inflection point in its history. We serve over 1,000+ businesses — and we're now bringing real AI products to the B2B market: TeleCloud AI Receptionist, AI Conversational Intelligence, and an agentic AI roadmap that gives our channel partners something genuinely new to sell.
We're looking for someone who wants to make a real impact — not someone looking to settle into a seat at a big company. If you're tired of red tape, layers of approval, and slow decisions, you'll feel at home here. We move fast, we trust our people, and we give the person closing the business the autonomy to actually run their territory.
You'll own partner-led revenue across the NJ/NY/PA tri-state, working directly with the owner of the company.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Revenue! Grow our partner base in the tri-state
  • Co-sell with partners on end-customer deals — leading discovery, demos, and ROI conversations
  • Enable and coach. Train partners on TeleCloud positioning, pricing, packaging, competitive plays, and the deal-registration process. Run product refreshers and joint sales calls — especially on AI Receptionist and Conversational Intelligence, where partner confidence is the biggest gap between a referral and a closed deal.
  • Be the AI expert in the room: explain in plain English what AI Receptionist and Conversational Intelligence do for a customer's business
  • Recruit new partners through smart outbound; activate existing partners through enablement and joint pipeline reviews
  • Own your number — forecast accurately, run your pipeline, close the business

What You Bring
  • 4–7 years of channel sales experience in UCaaS, telecom, VoIP, or cloud communications
  • Existing partner relationships in the tri-state (or the proven ability to build them fast)
  • Comfort selling AI — you can talk ROI with a 12-person medical practice or a 30-truck HVAC company without sounding like a brochure
  • A winning mindset: you've recruited new partners cold AND closed direct deals from partner referrals
AI-Native Sales — Must-Have
This is the part most ads skip. We expect you to already use Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent AI tools every day — for prospect research, account planning, outreach drafting, and meeting prep. If you've never used Claude or ChatGPT for sales work, this isn't the right fit. If you're already leaning on them daily, you'll feel right at home.
