You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver strong candidate pipelines in a competitive market. The position requires a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who can source talent across multiple channels and build long-term candidate engagement. You will act as a key link between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient hiring experience. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical roles while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver strong talent pipelines and ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, engage, and screen technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and represent the organization as a brand ambassador in the market.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and provide regular recruitment activity and pipeline reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical professionals.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in technical recruitment within the IT sector, with excellent communication skills and a well-established network for sourcing top technology talent.
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting within the IT/technology industry in India.
- Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and placing technical talent across multiple roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder and candidate interaction.
- Extensive professional network within the technology talent ecosystem.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach methods.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and behavioral fit.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment reporting processes.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
