This is a paid apprenticeship program, meaning you’ll earn competitive wages while receiving valuable education and hands-on training in industrial maintenance.

Classes will be held at our MMS Training Center in North Pekin, IL, while hands-on on-the-job training will take place at local contract sites in areas such as:

• East Peoria
• Goodfield
• Bartonville
• And the surrounding locations

You’ll learn directly from experienced technicians while working with real manufacturing equipment and systems.

As an MMS Apprentice, you’ll gain experience in:

• Preventive maintenance procedures

• Problem-solving and teamwork skills
