Position Information
The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach 3 is responsible for assisting with all aspects of an NCAA Division I Women's Basketball program, including, but not limited to, the identification and recruitment of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes; supporting the academic progress of student-athletes; preparing and conducting individual and team practices, training, film review, statistical analysis and competition; fostering the academic, athletic, and personal growth of student-athletes; and representing the sports program as needed in association with promoting and fundraising for the program.The full salary range for the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach 3 is $62,900 -$110,100 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements

| Current knowledge of applicable rules and standards of the affiliated athletic conference, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) or National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), as well as other associations and agencies to which the campus adheres, and, at all times avoid any and all violations of these rules and standards. |
| Demonstrated effective problem-solving and communication skills, verbally and in writing. |
| Ability to conduct film analysis of other teams and be able to break down and develop defensive/offensive game plans. |
