Whether you’re in the shop or out in the field, you’ll be trusted to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment — and to do it right.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Every day brings something different. You’ll:
- Diagnose and repair agricultural and heavy equipment in shop environment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at its best
- Test, adjust, and rebuild components (engines, PTOs, axles, and more)
- Weld and fabricate parts when needed
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, timelines, and solutions
- Create accurate repair quotes and maintain detailed service records
- Keep your workspace, tools, and company vehicles in top shape
- Continue learning through manufacturer training and certifications
What You Bring
- You’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys figuring out how things work — and how to fix them when they don’t.
- Experience working with heavy or agricultural equipment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working with both mechanical and electronic systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
Required:
- Diploma or Certificate in Heavy Equipment or Agriculture Equipment Technician (or equivalent experience)
- Valid G Driver’s License
