Role & ImpactYoull build the team that builds Blinq. As Senior Recruiter, youll shape the future of our business. You'll partner directly with our founder, leadership team and Head of Talent to raise the bar on who we hire and how we hire them. This role is about craft, not coordination - a high-trust, high-impact position for someone who sees recruiting as a product, not a pipeline.What You Will Do

• Drive impact - you'll own hiring end-to-end with a strong focus on critical hires
• Partner with our founder, leadership team, and hiring leads to deeply understand needs and build funnels that will put Blinq in a position to win
• Build creative, multi-channel, always-on funnels of high-calibre talent across both digital and in-person experiences
• Design and run recruiting processes that move fast and build strong candidate engagement
• Continuously evolve our assessment methods, interview design, and hiring rituals to drive quality over convenience

• 710 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record in building engineering, product or GTM teams
