Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide attentive, personalized service

- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff by example, fostering a positive and professional work environment

- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service quality

- Oversee food presentation, guest service, and cleanliness standards to maintain excellence

- Engage with guests by touching tables and speaking directly to ensure satisfaction

- Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, implementing guest recovery strategies to ensure satisfaction before departure

- Enforce service standards and policies consistently across the team

- Maintain uniform standards for self and staff, ensuring a professional appearance at all times

- Manage cash handling accurately and responsibly

- Own and address any mistakes transparently, demonstrating honesty and accountability

- Create an atmosphere of warmth, safety, and trust for both guests and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
