ERP Business Analyst at Search Leaders, LLC – Minneapolis, Minnesota

Position Responsibilities:

This hybrid role combines business analysis and software development, focusing on the configuration, development, and optimization of Epicor ERP and Advanced MES systems to align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business units, and end-users to gather and document requirements
• Analyze workflows and processes to identify and recommend enhancements
• Design and implement software solutions to meet operational and strategic needs
• Customize and configure ERP systems and develop custom applications as needed
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data to support reporting and analytics
• Validate and ensure data quality and integrity through structured processes
• Create and execute testing protocols to ensure solutions align with business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to maintain optimal performance
• Document technical specifications, user guides, and maintain records of system changes
• Provide technical support and serve as a liaison between IT and business teams
• Present technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Identify and recommend system enhancements based on new technologies and industry trends

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in business analysis or software development roles
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Epicor ERP and/or Epicor Advanced MES systems
• Understanding of data modeling and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ScrumMaster
• Project management experience

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Hybrid (Minneapolis, Minnesota, US))
