About This Position

PermaPlate is one of the fastest growing companies providing finance and insurance (F&I) products in the automotive industry. We are one of the premier suppliers of appearance and windshield protection products in the market, and we are quickly increasing our market share for other F&I product offerings.

A PermaPlate Development Manager will be expected to establish and grow great relationships with our existing dealership partners. Actions required to best service existing dealers include:

  • Making frequent dealership visits to strengthen PermaPlate’s relationship with dealership partners
  • Train dealership personnel on sales/F&I processes and products in both individual and group settings
  • Assisting in providing best practice training and product support to dealership F&I teams
  • Assisting in solving dealership issues
  • Ensuring that dealership partners have the appropriate level of products and marketing material to meet their sales needs
  • Consistently fill pipeline with new opportunities to expand PermaPlate product offerings
  • Effectively expand PermaPlate products & solutions into new dealerships
  • Working with Regional Director to ensure dealerships are operating at optimal performance levels. This includes maintaining top performing stores and correcting those underperforming
  • Support the Regional Director in completing all PermaPlate reporting requirements
  • Expand PermaPlate products into new dealerships

Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of automotive retail experience (Preferred)
  • 2 years of F&I experience (Preferred)

Travel Requirements

Traveling will be required 100%
