PARTS OUTSIDE SALES REP at DON SANDERSON FORD INC – Glendale, Arizona

Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a Wholesale Parts Outside Sales Representative to join their award-winning team! Meet customers and create long-lasting relationships that will drive future business!

The Wholesale Parts Outside Sales Representative is responsible for visiting independent repair shops, collision centers, fleets, and municipalities to promote Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart. Furthermore, they need to listen to customers and address any needs that the customer voices. In addition, some individual parts sales are required.

Job Requirements/Preferences:

• Prior Automotive Parts sales experience
• Prior Outside Sales experience (any time) a plus
• Clean drug test and background check (safety-sensitive position)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to connect with and communicate with customers
• Excellent customer service
• Prior CDK DMS experience helpful

Job Responsibilities:

• Talk to customers about the advantages of working with Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart
• Advocate for great customers, and build relationships with them
• Work with factory representatives to conduct sales calls
• Create promotions for your customers to target specific commodities
• Process parts orders over the phone, through email, and in person
• Monitor and complete necessary invoices, purchase orders, and credits in a timely manner
• Support your co-workers to help us all succeed in providing the best customer service in the parts industry
