Job Description
Administrative Intern
The Administrative Intern will assist administration in analyzing operational processes, projects, proformas, and other administrative and business tasks as assigned. This role will serve as an extension and support to the CEO and Vice Presidents in leading operations of Randolph Health. The role will have broad influence and impact. The responsibilities of the role are diverse and will include project management, operational process review, process improvement, development of financial proformas, development and review of standard operating procedures, review of licensure requirements for specific departments, planning, new business opportunities, and preparing and presenting presentations to various groups. Current student enrolled in a Bachelors’ or Associates’ program in a healthcare related discipline. Candidate must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to work with diverse leaders and the ability to work with employees at all levels in the organization. Candidate must be flexible. This role requires working knowledge of the following applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook. Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma are helpful in this role. Candidate must have exceptional verbal and written communication.
