Job Summary:

Agape’s Way, Inc. is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Director to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The Nursing Director will oversee nursing operations, manage staff, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality care.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve patient care quality and safety, implementing evidence-based practices.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Communication: Address patient and family concerns, ensuring clear communication regarding care plans and outcomes.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for nursing services to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Licensure: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in healthcare management software.
